With her expertise in the field of urban planning, she started working for Arcadis USA, one of the leading urban planning companies in the world.

During her tenure with Arcadis, she worked on several challenging assignments that involved urban planning for large cities in different parts of the world, including India. Her work received much recognition from her peers and clients alike. Due to her outstanding performance, pooja was offered a Director position at Madhubani Rams Infra and Resorts Pvt Ltd, a leading infrastructure company in India, which she accepted with great enthusiasm.

As a Director at Madhubani Rams Infra and Resorts Pvt Ltd, she is responsible for leading the company’s architectural and urban planning division. She oversees the design and planning process for several large-scale infrastructure projects in India, including highways, airports, and resorts.
